This morning we packed our car and then headed up to Seven Springs Garden and Sculpture Park with Caroline on our way out of town.
We said our good-byes to Caroline and then took backroads up to Burlington where we stayed beside Lake Champlain. Our afternoon activity was a walk along the waterfront, which included watching a regatta.

Dinner was at Bistro de Margot, and while it looks a little bit like a cafeteria, it was really nice. Our favorite dish was the appetizer, foie gras & lobster crème brûlée. Filip paired it with a Sauterne (as we had learned at Twin Farms last week.)
