Day 50 (Sept 12, 2024) Charlevoix QC to Greenville, Maine USA

Today was a long drive (221 miles) and included a border crossing. We had leisurely morning, including a light workout - the fitness center at the Fairmont was superb, but we didn't get on the road until around 11.  Walking out, the excitement at the Fairmont was a trade show featuring snow mobiles (or as Nicole later told us "skidoos"). 

The boarder crossing back into the US was easy- we were the only car visible for miles, and had no wait.

Our hotel tonight is the Lodge at Moosehead Lake where we have a room with lovely deck overlooking the lake. We had a charcuterie tray waiting for us when we arrived which we enjoyed on our deck (until the rain the came).
