Day 23 (Aug 16, 2024) Washington DC

Mama Mia did not disappoint - the show was delightful, one of the best musicals we have seen, and Micki laughed until she cried (although that doesn't take much).

In the morning, we took a quick trip to REI to supplement our hiking gear and to pick up some binoculars followed by lunch at Fiola Mare. (We were pleasantly surprised that the gift card we had "won" at a charity auction in 2018(?) still worked).

Meredith joined us for dinner at Top of the Gate before the show.
