Day 11 (August 4, 2024) Rimouski, QC to Parc National de la Gaspesie, QC

Beautiful 147 mile drive along the coast, occasionally littered with massive wind turbines, to our destination in the national park. We stayed at the national park lodge, Gite du mont Albert and were pleasantly surprised with both our room and the restaurant where Filip tried Canadian Poutine.  

Our 7 mile hike to Diablo Lake left from the parking lot of the Gite and included 2 beautiful waterfalls before we made it to the lake. The hike was steep and rocky but lots of fun.
